CAM-8 covers with 15¢ franking can be confusion look-alikes

CAM-8 is the only 1926 route to exceed 1000 miles distance and single rate mail
between Los Angeles and Seattle required 15¢ franking, which made such covers confusion look-alikes.

The distance between Los Angeles and Portland was less than 1000 miles.
However, some dispatchers thought that the distance between these two points was more than 1000 miles.
As a result there are some covers, such as the Portland-Los Angeles above, that are also confusion look-alikes.
