The date of this piece suggests that it doesn't belong in a discussion of 'Confusion' - it's too late! But -

One can't deny that it really looks like confusion franking. So this too could have been in a bin for almost a year waiting for the CAM- 11 inaugural to happen. And it looks like somebody else was trying to get a Bellefonte AMF postmark as an arrival marking. This seems to be kind of interesting airpost history.
