Presumably forwarded by train to Lock Haven; no arrival postmark. Title tells it all - no reason to repeat. However - this exercise stimulated the review of the National Air Races announcement [PB 14159, 18 Aug 1926] which is very informative. Announcement is replicated below for the record. Will be reviewed when National Air Races mail is addressed.
